She called us over and took some info from us, informing us that the system didn't show we had an appointment but it DID show that I'd called earlier. Not a word was said about the lack of appointment after that. She helped us just as if there hadn't been any kind of problem. She was extremely helpful and personable, giving us any info we asked for or needed. She even told us about deals on nice mattresses since we're looking to get a bigger one before we move.
The complex is super clean and beautiful and they have tons of space for people to have friends over in common areas. The pool is gorgeous and they have lots of grills for events. The apartments themselves are clean and updated and the one we saw was nice and spacious with plenty of storage. I am SO impressed with Kristen (I really hope I'm spelling her name right) and all of her help. Even if it's not the place for you, Kristen was also giving a young woman recommendations to other complexes that might suit her needs better.
