We had a home inspector come out on May 27th to inspect the home before closing.
Our house was built 5 years ago haven't had any issues except the roof started leaking in our daughters bathroom . You can see that its coming from the vent or somewhere close to the vent .Called the Tyler office where it was built out of spoke to the manager he said someone will call you, no one called so I waited 2 days went up there he acted suprised... Driveway entrance was damaged due to concrete trucks sent to property to pour slab damaging the asphalt and culvert. French door doesn’t close flush and it has chipped paint on the outside of door.

I’m missing a swinging glass shower door and l never received my free home buyer gift which was the address numbers for my home that goes on the bottom of front door. My first builder Daniel and the next builder was Chris. Both said that would take care of these issues but evidently nothing hasn’t been done.
